Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum dan Keadilan is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Dharma Indonesia. The journal is dedicated to advancing legal scholarship through the publication of high-quality research and critical legal studies that emphasize justice, legal certainty, and the rule of law in both national and international contexts.

Focus and Scope

The journal focuses on the development and analysis of legal science and justice-oriented legal studies. It publishes original research articles and conceptual papers in various fields of law, including but not limited to constitutional law, criminal law, civil law, administrative law, international law, human rights, legal philosophy, socio-legal studies, and legal reform. Interdisciplinary and comparative approaches are highly encouraged.

Open Access Policy

Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum dan Keadilan provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Readers are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles without financial, legal, or technical barriers, provided proper attribution is given to the original authors and the journal.

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by at least two independent reviewers. This process ensures objectivity, academic integrity, and high scholarly standards in all published articles.
