DHARMA: Dedikasi Riset Manajemen dan Inovasi is published by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Dharma Indonesia. The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, and case studies focusing on management and innovation. The journal covers topics including strategic management and leadership, organizational behavior and human resources, technology management and adoption, corporate governance and business ethics, sustainability and social innovation, and supply chain management. Interdisciplinary and applied research is strongly encouraged. DHARMA is published biannually, in January and July.
