All manuscripts submitted to DHARMA: Dedikasi Riset Manajemen dan Inovasi must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Manuscripts may report research findings or theoretical reviews in the field of management and innovation.
Language and Length
Manuscripts should be written concisely in Indonesian or English and should not exceed 14 pages, including references and appendices. Templates for manuscript formatting can be downloaded from the journal website.
Manuscript Structure
Manuscripts should be organized as follows:
Title (in both Indonesian and English)
Author names (without academic titles), affiliations, and corresponding email
Abstract and keywords
Introduction
Research methods
Results and discussion
Conclusion and recommendations
References
Sub-sections can be added as needed. Numbering of chapters is not required.
Abstract and Keywords
Abstracts should be 100–250 words, single-spaced, summarizing the problem, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. For manuscripts in Indonesian, the abstract should be in English; for manuscripts in English, the abstract should also include an Indonesian version. Keywords relevant to the study should follow the abstract.
Tables and Figures
All tables and figures must be numbered using Arabic numerals and include appropriate titles and captions if necessary.
Submission Procedure
Manuscripts must be submitted via email to the journal’s official address. All correspondence, including editorial decisions and revision requests, will be conducted electronically.
Article Categories
Authors must select the category that best describes their manuscript:
Research Paper: Reports original research, experiments, surveys, data analysis, or empirical studies.
Technical Paper: Evaluates technical products, processes, or services.
Conceptual Paper: Develops hypotheses or theoretical discussions, including comparative analyses.
Case Study Report: Describes actual organizational experiences or interventions; may include legal or hypothetical cases.
Revised Manuscripts
Authors must submit revisions within one month of receiving reviewer feedback. Late revisions will be considered new submissions. Revised manuscripts should be re-submitted within one week after final editing.
References
References should be arranged alphabetically by the first author. Only cited works should be included. Use “a, b, c” to distinguish multiple works by the same author in the same year. Examples:

Manuscript Submission
Submit manuscripts to the journal’s secretariat at [Insert Address]. Both hard copy (via post or courier) and soft copy (via email or CD) are required. Manuscripts must be typed in Microsoft Word and include complete author contact information.
Editorial Responsibility
Editors may perform editorial corrections without altering the meaning of the manuscript. Authors of accepted papers will receive one copy of the journal edition and five loose print copies. No publication fees are charged.
