Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to DHARMA: Dedikasi Riset Manajemen dan Inovasi undergo an initial review by the Editorial Board. Following this, the manuscript is sent to at least two independent peer reviewers for a thorough evaluation.

The peer reviewers assess both the technical and substantive aspects of the manuscript. After the review, the manuscript is returned to the authors for revisions if necessary. Authors are expected to address the reviewers’ comments and suggestions to improve the quality of the paper.

The entire peer review process is designed to be completed within a maximum of one month, ensuring a timely and rigorous evaluation while maintaining high academic standards.
