All authors publishing with DHARMA: Dedikasi Riset Manajemen dan Inovasi retain copyright over their work, while granting the journal first publication rights. By submitting their manuscript to the journal, authors agree to the following terms:

Copyright License:
Authors grant an exclusive license to DHARMA to distribute and publish their work under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). Under this license, others may remix, adapt, and build upon the work—even for commercial purposes—as long as they credit the original author and license their new creations under identical terms.

First Publication Rights:
DHARMA holds the first publication rights for all submitted manuscripts.

Author Rights:
Authors retain copyright over their work and are allowed to post their manuscript online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on personal websites) before and during submission, which can facilitate productive sharing and increase citations of the published work.

Ethical Standards:
The journal adheres to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) in all aspects of publication ethics, including handling cases of research or publication misconduct. This statement outlines the expected ethical behavior of all parties involved in the publishing process, including authors, the Editor-in-Chief, editorial staff, peer reviewers, and the publisher, Pusat Riset dan Inovasi Nasional.

DHARMA is committed to best practices in ethical publishing, error correction, and retraction. Preventing publication malpractice is a core responsibility of the editorial board. Any form of unethical behavior, including plagiarism, is strictly unacceptable.
