Author Guidelines

Journal Teknologi Informasi, Manajerial dan Komunikasi publishes scientific articles in the fields of Information Technology, Management, and Communication. Authors are required to follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth review and publication process.

1. Types of Manuscripts

The journal accepts the following types of manuscripts:

  • Original Research Articles

  • Review Articles

  • Case Studies

2. Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

  • The manuscript should be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English using clear and academic language.

  • The length of the manuscript should be 6–15 pages, including tables and figures.

  • Manuscripts must be prepared using Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.

3. Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should be arranged in the following order:

  1. Title

  2. Author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s)

  3. Abstract (in Bahasa Indonesia and English, 150–250 words)

  4. Keywords (3–5 keywords)

  5. Introduction

  6. Research Methodology

  7. Results and Discussion

  8. Conclusion

  9. References

4. Formatting Guidelines

  • Paper size: Executive (18,4 x 26,7 cm)

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

  • Line spacing: 1.5

  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides

  • Tables and figures must be numbered and titled.

5. Citation and References

  • References should follow the APA Style (7th Edition).

  • All cited works must appear in the reference list and vice versa.

  • Authors are encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.

6. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted online through the journal website.

  • Authors must register and log in to the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform before submission.

7. Review and Revision

  • All manuscripts are subject to a double-blind peer review process.

  • Authors must revise the manuscript according to reviewer and editor comments within the specified time.

8. Publication Ethics

Authors must adhere to the journal’s Publication Ethics policy, including avoiding plagiarism, data fabrication, and unethical research practices.

9. Article Processing Charges

Journal Teknologi Informasi, Manajerial dan Komunikasi does not charge any submission or publication fees.
