Peer Review Process
Journal Teknologi Informasi, Manajerial dan Komunikasi implements a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, validity, and academic integrity of all published articles.
Review Stages

Initial Screening
The submitted manuscript is first reviewed by the editorial team to assess its suitability with the journal’s focus and scope, originality, and compliance with author guidelines. -
Plagiarism Check
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are subjected to plagiarism screening using similarity detection tools. Manuscripts with unacceptable similarity levels will be rejected or returned for revision. -
Peer Review
The manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise. Both reviewers and authors remain anonymous throughout the review process. -
Reviewer Recommendation
Reviewers provide constructive feedback and recommend one of the following decisions:-
Accept

Accept with minor revisions

Editorial Decision
The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision based on the reviewers’ recommendations and the academic merit of the manuscript. -
Revision and Resubmission
Authors are required to revise the manuscript according to reviewer comments within the specified timeframe. -
Final Acceptance and Publication
Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting and layout editing before being published online.
Review Timeframe
The average review process takes approximately 4–8 weeks, depending on the responsiveness of reviewers and authors.
Confidentiality
All submitted manuscripts are treated as confidential documents. Information about the manuscript is not disclosed to anyone other than the editorial team and assigned reviewers.
