Jurnal Ilmiah Teknologi dan Rekayasa Informatika (TRINET) is committed to the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge and accelerates innovation in the fields of information technology and informatics engineering.

1. Open Access Statement

TRINET provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

All published articles are:

  • Freely accessible online without subscription

  • Available for reading, downloading, copying, distributing, printing, searching, or linking to the full texts

  • Accessible without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet

There are no embargo periods.

2. Licensing Policy

All articles published in TRINET are licensed under the:

Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0)

This license permits users to:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format

  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially

Under the following condition:

  • Proper attribution must be given to the original author(s) and the journal.

3. Author Rights

Authors retain full copyright of their work. By publishing in TRINET, authors grant the journal the right of first publication.

Authors are allowed to:

  • Deposit the published article in institutional repositories

  • Share the article on personal websites

  • Archive pre-print and post-print versions

  • Distribute the article for academic and educational purposes

Proper citation to TRINET as the original publisher is required.

4. Archiving Policy

To ensure long-term preservation of digital content, TRINET supports:

  • Institutional repository archiving

  • Author self-archiving

  • Backup and digital preservation practices within the journal management system (OJS)

5. Article Processing Charges (APC)

(Choose one depending on journal policy)

Option A – No APC:
TRINET does not charge any submission or publication fees. All articles are published free of charge.

Option B – With APC:
TRINET charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover editorial and publishing costs. Detailed APC information is available on the journal website.
