Author Guidelines

1. General Information

INSIDIA: Innovation and Digital Business Strategy publishes original research articles, conceptual papers, and case studies related to innovation, digital transformation, and business strategy. Manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original, have not been published previously, and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

2. Language

Manuscripts must be written in English using clear, concise, and academically appropriate language.

3. Manuscript Structure

Authors are encouraged to structure their manuscripts as follows:

  • Title

  • Author(s) Name(s) and Affiliation(s)

  • Abstract (150–250 words)

  • Keywords (3–5 keywords)

  • Introduction

  • Literature Review

  • Research Methodology

  • Results and Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • Acknowledgements (if applicable)

  • References

4. Formatting Guidelines

  • Manuscripts should be prepared using Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

  • Paper size: A4

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point

  • Spacing: 1.5 lines

  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides

  • Length: 5,000–8,000 words including references

5. Abstract and Keywords

The abstract should clearly state the research objectives, methodology, key findings, and contributions. Keywords should reflect the main topics of the manuscript.

6. Citation and References

INSIDIA uses the APA (American Psychological Association) referencing style. Authors are encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley or Zotero.

7. Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts are subject to a double-blind peer review process. Authors should ensure that identifying information is removed from the main manuscript file.

8. Ethical Considerations

Authors must ensure that their work complies with ethical standards in research and publication. Any form of plagiarism is strictly prohibited, and manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection software.

9. Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted online through the journal’s Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. Authors are required to complete all metadata accurately during submission.

10. Publication Fee

INSIDIA does not charge submission or publication fees (no Article Processing Charge/APC).

11. Copyright and License

Authors retain copyright of their articles and grant the journal the right of first publication. Published articles are distributed under a Creative Commons license.
